The Time Manager allows you to schedule multi-user meetings, interviews, tasks, etc.   You can set a personal task, or specify a group of users across your enterprise to help increase communication and better manage time.  The Time Manager also features a multi-user alarm/reminder system that displays the task details when you log into StaffingSoft for the day as well as emails your daily tasks to everyone specified in the User Group.
