In connection with your use of StaffingSoft services, we ask for and may collect information from and about you in different ways. If you are a user of StaffingSoft career center services, when you register to create your account, you provide certain personally-identifying information such as your name and e-mail address. As part of our services, you may submit your resume to be stored on-line with us. In connection with the submission of your resume, we ask you to complete a resume profile through which we collect basic candidate profile information.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally-identifiable information from or about children under 13 except as permitted by law.
Use of Information
Except as described in this privacy statement, StaffingSoft does not sell, rent or provide access to your personal information to third parties. We use the personally identifying information we collect to provide you with account information, for site administration, troubleshooting and processing e-commerce transactions. As part of the StaffingSoft career center service, we use your information to send you periodic e-mails informing you of technical service issues, customer satisfaction surveys and account updates. We consider these e-mails essential to the StaffingSoft. Therefore, you will not be able to elect not to receive these e-mails.
In addition, we may use your e-mail address to contact you regarding our services or products that we believe may be of interest to you and to send you career newsletters.
StaffingSoft may share your information with trusted partners to perform functions on our behalf, such as sending e-mail communications to you. All such third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide services to StaffingSoft.
You may make a formal request to delete your Personal Data held by StaffingSoft or StaffingSoft’s Clients by contacting us direct at 972-267-5194.

When you access our services through co-branded career pages, such as those of a StaffingSoft network partner, your personal information may be disclosed to and become the property of StaffingSoft and/or the respective company. For example, when you register for StaffingSoft career center service, a cookie helps StaffingSoft recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of logging into your account and eliminates the need to enter your e-mail address each time you visit StaffingSoft career center service.

We will not send unsolicited messages to users of StaffingSoft services who indicate that they do not wish to receive such messages.

Governing Law
This privacy statement and the use of this site are governed by Texas law. Any claim related to the Site or this privacy statement shall be brought in a federal or state court in the Northern District of Texas, within one year after the claim arises.
